About Blue Lotus Extract:
Blue lotus, also known as blue water lily and Nymphaea caerulea, is a legendary flower used for millennia as a sacrament and medicinal plant by the ancient Egyptians. According to their mythology, the Sun god was born from a blue lotus flower that emerged from the darkness of the previous world. We will use our homemade extract of the plant, of superior quality and of controlled European provenance.
Its use is legal in Europe and without any risk of addiction.
It is a great ally in guiding us towards states of relaxation, with increased sensory perception and conducive to elevated meditative states of consciousness.
In addition to these pleasant effects, the active compounds in blue lotus are known to help relieve anxiety, pain and inflammation. They are also powerful antioxidants.
The use of the blue lotus is optional and if you choose not to take one, you will still be guided to connect with the spirit of the plant and will therefore also be able to fully enjoy the ceremony according to your needs.
At the end of the weekend, you will leave with a sample of blue lotus extract to continue your connection with the plant during your personal meditations.

During this retreat we will take you on a journey of inner transformation that is unique, profound and unlike any other program.
We work with the teachings, archetypes and sacred practices of the civilization of Egypt. The goal is not only to introduce you to this great art but also to considerably accelerate your personal development and growth thanks to the expanded frequencies.
During the immersion, you will encounter the unique blend of different modalities and practices like transformative visualization and meditation, alchemical yoga, energy work, ancient Egyptian practices, shamanic inputs and of course ritual ceremony.
You will also enjoy the relaxation, natural swimming pool and sauna of the Hotel Balance between two initiations !
